Because Morgan isn’t backing down from him. They are ready to face him head on in court over that dumb consulting agreement that Sharp drew up. At this point I wouldn’t be surprised to see $CUBV counter file a Defamation suit against him for all the things he was saying about them and the company.
The main thing that I find odd is that Sharp shows himself as some OTC White Knight fighting off bad companies and doing things the “Right Way” but yet he knew all these “Bad Things” about CUBV and continued to stay?
In my personal opinion, I believe Sharp was fired because of his inability to get things done that he promised. He got pissed because he knew it would make him look weak and not as the know it all that he perceives himself to be.
