This will help explain everything:
The reverse split happened already to the shell company SPLND on 9/16. It had to happen before it switches over to Innovaqor (new company). Now we will have a low share structure and a good PPS to start. Make sure you know it was not TPTW that split.

Innovaqor is TPTW's subsidiary company. Before the transition to the new company, SPLND had to do a R/S on 9/16. That's why on 9/16 SPLND went pennies to $2.50+. This creates the set up before the new company fully moves in with new ticker symbol INOQ within 30 days.

Innovaqor does not even go live with trading until the ticker changes within 30 days, making the transition complete. That's another reason why Innovaqor did not and will not do a R/S, because its already done. It's just setting up a CLEAN platform for INOQ to start trading.
