rais Respectfully whatever the odds of success in the Amicus appeal for en banc review, we as shareholders and true believers in the potential of Vascepa owe it to ourselves to state the TRUTH as we see it and the mistakes made by legal review for posterity to record in PACER. Never let it be said that we saw a fraud enacted and damned lies told, without standing up to be counted for the Truth. Call me a dreamer. Call me a loser. I don't really care. I am with BB ILT and Marjac on this. Management and BoD have their own agenda and God knows it doesn't always align with ours. I will not stand by and have them blow smoke you know where without riposte. As to selling the company --if that is what the majority here on the Board feel..lets write a petition to the BoD and all on this board sign it ASAP!Then disseminate across all media available. HK
