Would it help to send this to Covington/Singer to get Singer to persuade JT to respond? If JT won’t respond, only God knows why he wouldn’t, is there anyone else that can make the call on Amarin’s behalf?

Honestly, if it was straight forward misrepresentation, it shouldn’t require a plea. He should be grateful for the information and act post haste.
