Ameritrade allows you to buy more than 1million at a time...

but yes...I am very interested to find out more about this supposed grandfather clause...it could not only affect USXP...but rather the entire penny market...in fact...the ENTIRE stock market...for the best of course :)

Etrade will let you buy in excess of 1 million. I bought 1.8 million here this morning and have bought/sold lots over 10million before with no issue.
