If you watch the trades going off it is clear that there are institutions trading this stock in HUGE blocks. I don't know a single retail brokerage that will allow you to buy in excess of a million shares at a time - but correct me if i'm wrong. The whole "grandfather clause" thing seems very interesting. The last time this stock got this much volume it broke out to around .05 It's worth throwing a few thousand dollars at in my opinion provided the dilution is over. Maybe the company has finally realized the value in having a decent PPS.
