When the BOD is awarding cash to the CXX team, and stock rather than pay to regular employees, it's not hard to figure out who's pocket they are in. That same cash could have gone to payroll where it should have belonged to begin with. Essentially Rory got cash while employees got stock that keeps getting devalued, just like he did to longs. All this suggests, never loved his longs, just their easy money.

Excellent post. I do not 5hink anyone will vote for their current reward program. If you do a great job and believe in the company one does not need a reward because as an employee you all communicate and know What is up. Plus once you know What is going on an employee would want to buy as well as board members. None of us have seen any of this. Just dilution and further down selling. What is bringing that on would mean Rory knows as well as board and top employees. The truth is in the consistent selling. So why the.... Would one issue these guys more stock. I know WHERE my vote is going.
