simple share swap, just cause companies are private, doesnt mean they dont have shares, most companies have to decide on who owns what percentage, and shares is the easiest way to do that, so when private co.s go public same share swap happens, we would just get Nasdaq traded stock for our SOLI shares and screw OTC Markets and SEC/FINRA BS with the SOLI shares
