you are not considering the newly unrestricted 800 milly shares that are in play and set to stream into the float. or the other convertible debtholders turning in their notes for shares. or the the hundreds of millions of shares here that need to exit with a profit or that the boiler rooms are packing up and leaving. lol lots of negatives here. oh, and what if the loi falls apart?
