He bought shares in the open market, and that’s a bad thing?
He has no outstanding convertible debt, and that’s a bad thing?
He has not raised the authorized shares, and that’s a bad thing?
He has SEC audited reporting financials, and that’s a bad thing?
We have a maxed out share structure with ZERO DILUTION, and that’s a bad thing?
I’m going to go out on a limb and say that shareholders think these are all GOOD things and hard to find in the OTC. Most investors are used to CEOs using the stock as an ATM. But our CEO doesn’t. He values shareholder value, and it’s easy to see whose side he’s on !!!
