Yes, why is he?

Why is the CEO buying back shares and retiring them?

When was the last time this was done. Of a $100 million buyback over a 24 month period, what has been bought back? Something like 9 million in 15 months. It's for show and pumping.

Why has the CEO been buying shares personally?

So idiots will think $1000 put in by the CEO was any worth other than making him money.

Why has he not taken any convertible toxic debt?

Oh, he has, but this keeps being ignored. Ask KBM and Typenex.

Why has he not raised the share structure to issue new shares and dilute like most OTC stocks?

Because he keeps getting paid and doesn't need to. This would hurt the CEO as much, if not more, than the average shareholder.

Why has he promised no reverse split and no convertible debt?

Because it's good for a pump.

I can explain it to you, but I can’t understand it for you.
