Interesting Predictions, we all have our own, but I had to sticky this. Curious to see how close you come. After today's mass dilution I am expecting some sort of PR soon. Will we see the annual report on time, that's questionable but we will find out in 7 days. My one prediction is that this will hit over 0.01 again. When and for how long is unknown, but I feel that all this silence means Jimmy was not hiding but rather crunching numbers and deciding what he feels is best for this company.

Carryoutsupplies PPE sales $100-200k? ..May6 Jimmy announced $10m in PPE orders received..July1 Jimmy announces $886k PPE sales "in last few weeks"...suggesting the bulk of PPE sales get reported not this reporting period,but next.

IMO, zero Budcars revenues reported..Curious how much the Budcars $700k investment entry expands this Q, especially with the Quarterly dilution that took place.. Jimmy will 8k ASAP the 30% option if it occurs..Early on, Jimmy stated Budcars net profits 19-20%..And if recall correctly, even if SGMD were to incorporate into financials the 3 month Q gross sales at approx $1m, we "work with" $200k net profit...and 40% SGMD interest equates to only $80k profit..

Speculate Q revenues at $500-800k...and annual revenues at $2.4-2.7m...down significantly from 2019 $4.3m.

A lot rides on exercising Budcars 30% option..Unfortunately, Jimmy likely did not pony up $50-60k for annual audit...which is of high value to me if Jimmy planned on exercising Budcars 30% option anytime soon..Want to keep those BC revenues "honest".

Good news is Jimmy has a knack to release a pleasant,but short lived PR surprise in this scenario..My guess LA opening and/or cultivation facility news to ease the present pain :).. glta

Must admit, promo outfit did a nice job spinning today's news, and not exactly what I envisioned for Jimmy's promo path, but that said, Jimmy continues his "knack" for pleasant surprises in seemingly awkward scenarios..Now, don't overlook that he will soon release the 10k..gl..:)

Expectations just a little better, but the desired results, well lets just say we didn't get number 5 yet!

Do you feel like making predictions for the 10-Q due in 30 days so I can sticky it? Do you think it will be on time or 5 days late? Do you think we see LA Budcars by then? San Francisco? Do we take the extra 30% by then?

Thanks in advance, 10-Q due in 30 days, this can and most likely will bounce pretty high if Jimmy does what he can easily do now at this point IMO!
