Reverse split does not count, correct? :) Jimmy confirming the Budcars 30% option exercised and L&L Cpas audited financials should result in significant boost toward .01..Failure to exercise 30% option and conclude annual audit by 10K due date would be troubling..gl

That PR prediction "knack" Jimmy has didnt take long..:).. Jimmy will PR cultivation LOI multiple times next few weeks..Frankly, LOI fluff sounds good..but significant stock price moving news short term is Budcars 30% option exercised..and i thought this LOI was already a done deal reading the earlier social media..

Anyway, i advocate letting 'er drop until Jimmy is clear about 30% BC option.. If Jimmy puts Budcars operations on SGMD books, i have no problem chasing that day..or two...Ultimately, should be bargain prices if BC numbers accurate..gl
