It’s an interesting bit of info, but until we know the full scope, I expect that if it were super material it would have been in an 8-k. But if the other company has something to offer, that’s a different issue entirely. Though still probably not a huge deal pending, I expect. No 8-K so far says more than any of us can say at this point.
