Irishman, I think your analysis is solid and remarkable dispassionate. I think we are all very emotional at this point. I am having flashbacks from the anchor adcom ambush. You are in my opinion correct. We all need to focus on what we have, not what we may have lost.

1. Amarin's management is very well compensated despite the horrible job they've done. Yes I consider them essentially a gang of criminals... the Tammany Hall of Corporate Managements.

2. All who supported the decision should go. Yes I don't think JT was exclusively responsible but there was some meeting where this was okayed... anyone who supported the decision in the company should go. Covington (Eric Holder's leftist firm that also screwed General Flynn) should also get sued for legal malpractice for it.

In fact to elaborate its quite possible Kennedy and Thero are bigtime Democrats they filed in the 9th circuit believing their own bullshit about how other Democrats are fair minded... it was an example of being woke and going broke. ALL connected with this decision must be ruthlessly purged from the company.

3. I could believe that if JT hasn't made so many bad decisions in the past...

4. Make the deal now.

The something in the works to salvage this company should include new leadership... JT has had multiple chances and he has failed. I love the drug but I have zero trust in him and in Kennedy. We especially need someone who can speak of the future in a somewhat inspirational way... and JT can never ever be that person. Also anyone he could potentially make a deal with know he is in sort of a desperate position given that most amarin shareholders now despise him... this does not make for a stronger negotiating position.

If the Baker brothers will not remove him I'll be part of a lawsuit that will...

The Irishman, Just for the sake of CVD patients I hope AMRN is acquired
by BP....soon! The sooner BP owns AMRN, the longer time they will have to
reap the benefits. BP has the distribution power to reach many more CVD
patients than AMRN ever could. BP also has the financial clout to do
whatever it takes to obtain the most feed-stock at the lowest price.
JT is not the right person to either represent AMRN or Vascepa. Hope
he gets AMRN to an acceptable BO before shareholders "sue" him and
the BOD away. I have seen some terrible CEOs over the years and I can
honestly say I have never found one so hated by his shareholders. JT
must either deliver on an acceptable BO soon or be replaced by someone
who can. Any GIA strategy with JT is poison. So many posters on this
board have done much in their own way to get the word out on Vascepa.
So far it looks like only management is benefitting and not ever
sacrificing anything. No cuts in pay, reduction in stock options, not
even any token stock purchases. This is why so many of us on this
board feel personally hurt by JT and Kennedy. Many of us have more
than money invested here...instead of feeling appreciated by
management we feel betrayed. As usual, JT seems clueless about this!
