DTC ads should have started immediately after Reduce-IT.

That was the whole point of the 1st amendment suit, the FDA already hates us for the 1st amendment suit (the adcom, approving generics immediately). There was no reason to delay DTC ads after the reduce it study came out.

Agree. Thero is so slow that patents/exclusivity almost don’t matter:)
