There is no excuse for anyone who decided to file the case in the 9th circuit, that decision alone is an unforgivable error.
He has botched the marketing of this drug as well, been continously screwed by the FDA and insurance companies because he refuses to hire a lobbyist or do any deals for his political protection and appears to be GIA in Europe and plans to delay a launch of an authorize generic. We need to do a deal for an authorized generic and for European distribution YESTERDAY.
Lets not even mention his refusal to learn to speak... why hasn't he taken any lessons?
