The board won't fire him voluntarily (which is disgusting) but the record of the company and of a couple of things in particular are sufficient to establish in court that keeping JT on is a breach of fidicuary duty by the board (and that JT himself has breached it).

It may take a while but we're getting the fucker out of the company...
