Yes it is true.. the chart looks better and better, slight higher bottoms..

While ago it was 1/2, then 2/3 and now it is 3/4... now trying a bit higher again... but we need to have the last missing report Q2 2020 :-)

Here another chart from someone else, it says that the down trend is over, so at least stabilizing, with news the trend will become up !!
