Try this...

Bring up the email, hit {print Screen] button, open up MS Paint.
Hit Ctrl-V keys (or Paste button), image should load.

In paint, click the eraser button, top left, use mouse to erase anything in the image.

Save the file to your C: drive (or desktop for easy finding).

Back in iHub, go to Settings and in the image section, select your image you just saved.
