I think we have to allege the table implies intent to mislead Judge DU. The facts of Kura that are found on page 523, are the opposite proposed facts of the defendants at #282 Document 273.

I'm not sure this rises to perjury, but why doesn't it? And certainly the courts should determine if this is simple error or a preconceived plot to crop table and hide perjurious statement.
