What I don’t call it is a good way to scam money from pinkyland - especially accompanied with a 1000 to 1 r/s. Name change and r/s news came out at the same time and down went the pps. Usually scams are set up to sell shares. Not to get people to dump their shares. Then today’s filing doesn’t even remotely resemble a filing that would encourage buying. Usually scams issue filings that encourage buying so they can sell shares. What else you got? $XHUAD

A good way to scam money is 1st have a lot of shares to sell. Then say you are a company making $500m a year in filings or pr’s- for example. They sold no shares and issued no good pr’s or filings pumping up the merger. They just issued a filing saying they are an empty shell and not into crypto. It’s seems to be a pretty lame scam so far orchestrated by Richard and his gang. $XHUAD

And that the new CEO Soon Hua Tham is the same Soon Hua Tham who is listed as director for
AFF multi-finance group Parent company of GIB
