Propaganda because of one word used that you disagree with? My read of the tenting is to get representative samples for the leakage and not a rate measurement. They probably use something else to get rate data. As for the use of "spewing" to describe leakage, not sure if there is a quantitative scale to go with it other than 35 tons for a single well multiplied over the number of unabandoned idle wells certainly deserves mitigation to protect ground water if not the climate.
