#308599 RE: skitahoe #308578

We could potentially expect an actual publication of top line result details timed to come out at exactly the same time as Liau's SNO plenary session talk. That is not uncommon for major studies. The timeline to get a manuscript completed and reviewed between when the unblinded results first became available (around 9/1 IMHO) and the presentation date would be tight. However, it is not dissimilar to what happened with Amarin. They publicly announced TLD in the 3rd week of September and the publication detailing TLD in the New England Journal of Medicine was released at exactly the same time as their late breaking trial presentation at the American Heart Assoc annual meeting on Nov. 20.
