Cannadips makes THC pouches for California sales but you may be right that they're not Lexaria's tech yet. I'm positive that the CBD ones being sold across the US do use Lexaria. I just emailed Chris to clarify the THC product.
Instant answer from Chris is that they aren't currently using Lexaria's tech for the THC pouches but that is coming. He also added that they're currently producing significant CBD pouch product runs.
