listen to the call it is fine...reading the transcript all the "you knows" seem awful but listen to the call - he speaks fine. Some of you on this board are WAY to pessimistic and are overreacting

Circuitcity...you really are dialed in...he is shell shocked..this has to be unacceptable to bod..he should have called in sick...yesterday is just more evidence that he needs to go quickly before more damage is done.
