I stand to be corrected but my understanding is that each UNIT is made of a share bought at $2.25 and 1/2 share that could be bought for 3,25 within the next 24 months.

If all end up having been bought at the said prices the effective price will have been: $225 + (1\2 of 3.25) or $3,875 per 1,5 share on average = (3,875/1,6) $ 2,58 per share.
