I would appreciate if someone with double check my numbers. Each unit is one share and 1/2 a share. That is how I read it but this is not my forte.

All I know is that they're handing over a lot of money and in return they're getting paper that they hope will be worth more in the future. I'm thinking this is going to be huge and it gives else a lot to work with.
