I'm not positive either but I thought the judge had to review the discharge papers and then sign off on them to finalize the action.

I'm not worried or upset just wondering why it seems to be taking longer than past one's I've been in. I guess since this is a RTO and not a R/M that that might have something to do with it also ... hell who knows :)
