It very well could be since I'm not entirely familiar with the details of how these work legally, but Ben told me that we're just waiting on otc right now. I suppose he could be wrong on that too for all I know, but I don't think so. Maybe otc requires discharges who knows.

Regardless, it's all coming ;)
