Kinda, not really. Company still remains at the same valuation. Apple and Tesla did stock splits at the beginning of September.
Can't say I understand this move at all though. Next time, don't do such a massive RS from the start. Looks more like an excuse for Daniel and Mike to give themselves even more shares since they and other insiders own such a decent sized chunk. Not a bad thing to have skin in the game from management, but there's a line to toe on. Curious what they're wanting to "uplist" too. OTCQB?
