T123, my assumption is that future upgrades will be downloaded from Wave's website and CDs, both.

Presently we are seeing free ETs bundled with the Intel MB as a CD ddownload, and I assume this is the same for NSM SafeKeeper. The ETs Business Edition is currently offered on Wave's website as a CD download, but I would expect to see this and/or future products eventually offered as online downloads.
