In the back of my mind I keep a small glimmer hope someone within the US Legal System will Right this horrible and unfair Wrong.

You are better than me. I have completely given up hope that our legal system will do anything to correct this Injustice.

Makes me think about the program Shark Tank. One of the most asked questions by the panel was whether the person had a patent. Big Damn Deal. Means nothing.
