nothing "stunning" about an "loi" with a company that has not gotten past test tube lab results with their hiv anecdote. lol lol the value of the loi for enzc is being severely overblown. it is of no value to the company at this point, and if they do merge, will actually destroy current shareholder investment with the already existing convertible debt, coming convertible debt, and need for a r/s to reset the capital structure. enzc buyer beware.
