So I called my broker, TDA, to get clarification on the tender conversion from. They said the offer isn’t open yet in DTC and recommended calling the company. So I call PASHealth to ask about the form and was the guy answers with “hello”. So I ask if this is PASHealth, reasonable right. Guys a total jacka$$ and asks what do I want. WTF? I ask my question and he asks me what’s today’s date? I told him my broker suggested to call the company for any info as they didn’t see it on their side. Anyway let’s just say it spirals down from there. In any event, if you have questions, don’t call the company or maybe do so and give this a$$hole hell. I didn’t even think about asking what was the holding period because that wasn’t indicated in the news release today. Good luck.
