Thank you for your effort, I got to laugh though, honestly, did you get a receptionist ? What was the name ? The Company gave information today in the PR, the 18th is Friday !!!!

Brokers will likely have actionable data on tomorrow or Friday.......

My question is not on process anymore but on holding req. and the length of time before the ability to cash in.....

So let’s have 400 iHub followers call.....DOH !!

The number you called is the CEO's cell number, if you called the same one from the website link. Im sure thats why it wasn't "Welcome to PASO, we are here to serve..."

I've never once called PASO or emailed them fwiw soupbone.

The dividend itself is simple though.

Folks who owned shares as of eod yesterday who don't do anything period after eod this Friday, will automatically receive the 200/1 dividend conversion...meaning 1 Series C share for every 5k PASO shares owned.

And next monday forward, folks who want to take advantage of the 250/1 dividend conversion offer simply fill out the form PASO provided in yesterdays PR and their brokerage firm will follow that far more lengthy red tape process involved k cheers>>>

DTC, Depository Trust Company, will receive a block of Series C shares from the Transfer Agent so that these Series C shares can be distributed to the brokerage firms that hold the stock on behalf of all shareholders. Each brokerage firm will then automatically distribute the appropriate dividend to each shareholder’s account. Nothing needs to be done by any shareholder to receive the dividend.
