Sure keep the appeals going but only with a new CEO and a new battle plan.

Battle plan is to win second appeal when en banc fails. To win Appeal Amarin must get judicial notice of misrepresentation of Hikma fact; at minimum CAFC must send this back to district court for new trial. I have no faith en banc review petition will be granted unless Amarin can get court to take notice of misrepresentation of fact.

Perhaps the cropping of the table warrants a complaint to American Bar Association?
