Yes, your answer pretty well sums up why the price is so low.

There are two ways to invest in NAK as I see it.

After the ROD is issued put in trailing stop losses on some of your NAK holdings OR just HODL ( Hold On for Dear Life ) and keep on holding for years if you have to.

There will be attacks after the ROD is issued which will create lots of volatility in NAK. The price could even collapse again, but eventually success for the mine should be realized IMHO.
