Everything said here is In one’s opinion. Even facts are interpreted in one’s opinion. But all one need do is read the fins over the past 15 years, or even past 5, to notice that losses abound. All one need do is read the other filings and they’ll notice shareholders only own 51% of all the products, except Hooters Spirits, for which they own 0%. All one need do is study the organization from filings to find out that Hooters Spirits is owned by United, a wholly owned private entity of the CEOs. All one need do is interpret that all profits for ICNB could be funneled to Rich’s private company were he dishonest through professional and/or consulting fees, other expenses (which he does not detail).
Do I think he’s funneling profits? Not sure, but there’s a system available to him to do so if he chose to just by the way the products are distributed to customers, always through United.
Notice that Iconic could be 51% owners of United, but aren’t. Why not?
