I agree, jumped on this too quickly, mixed with a lot of wishful thinking w/ dollar signs clouding my eyes.

It’s obviously related, but it’s really curious. Maybe this is just a legal exercise to create an exempt offering to satisfy Corning’s right to acquire shares? More a condition of closing or legal technicalities than anything else?

Hope we don’t see a retracing tomorrow.
