CB- Keep us posted. We should get direction on or around 9-17 when Hikma and Amarin are expected to jointly brief CAFC regarding future of ongoing appeal.

It’s beyond insane that JT plans to present tomorrow at Cantor prior to this communication, Amarin better not Fck up their likely final chance to beg CAFC for new trial based on Hikma final fact omission that fooled Judge Du.

If Amarin gets a remand and new trial this stock explodes as well as our chances for a reasonable BO.

cbb, I just came across your message from Monday, I sent an email to Elisabeth yesterday asking about moving forward with an authorized generic, she said that she can only report what has already been stated publicly...I hope there are talks going on, we'll not know till it actually happens but I've seen crazy action taking place in stocks when leaks occur. Maybe a few days before the actual event when the option mkt starts with unusual activity??
