IT'S A MUTUAL BACK SCRATCH OPERATION FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT--We shareholders are only tolerated for their amusement, and to endorse their gratuitous share handouts with periodic sham votes, wherein they get to acquire large amounts of shares low and sell for much higher, irrespective of what happens to our share prices....the BoD is another extension of this mutuial benefit plan.
