They did announce it but they did not use the word “Data Lock”. This was reinforced by LP on Saturday. Perhaps you should read some transcripts?

Hamkman, you are left with the dilemma, either to accept that the August 19 PR indicating all sites are lock and all remaining data is available to be entered into the database was their indication of an imminent lock, or you have to believe that Linda P lied to you on Saturday. With only 11 business days left in September, there is no way that they could lock, have the statisticians crunch data, share with their study sterring commitee and SAB and prepare the PR.

I believe they did the “soft lock” that allowed them to get the main data to the statisticians and I believe that is done. The only thing they did not have and now do is the data on the tumor marker for IDH mutations. In the July 24th PR they said the previous data had been locked:

The independent CRO managing the trial is now integrating this data into the overall trial database containing the clinical data from the trial sites that was already complete and locked as reported on July 24, 2020, in order to complete the overall trial dataset.

I do not believe it would take another 7 weeks to include that data into the overall data set and lock it. I think if they announce data lock it could be days later that Top Line is announced, if they do it at all. It appears to me that they basically told us July 24th it was locked for all intents and purposes. Or not.
