Wrong.....It’s basically showing insider shares and they can only sell a certain max amount when the price hits certain PPS levels. It also shows that insiders are holding the shares and not selling them. They know what they hold! You have no clue what is going on.?? ??

To me it looks like the share structure remains the same, not dilution.

Clarifies insider ownership... they are not selling!!
