Jeez....talking about a market cap in the hundreds of millions for a company without a discovery? Billions of LBSR shares out there, but share structure is not important?

Like I said, a $500 million valuation

is not likely just based on a JV deal and drills turning. If those results from drilling are great/good, then .10 is low.

Maybe we'll find out soon. I think the share structure will matter, not at this very minute, but cleaning it up will be important.

Back in 2010 we had 300 million or so outstanding.
