Not before any JV deal...otherwise it will be viewed negatively as a share selling penny. After a JV and the meterioric share price increase, it will not matter and could be useful to reduce share numbers. Again at this point as of today until a JV is concluded, only market cap matters. So we re saying similar ideas.
