Very interesting. They should have responded by May then. Please note that Amarin willfully chose to delay filing of European paperwork until December 2019. The only justification for this would have been to prepare to expedite the approval process by having developing a bank of answers from the FDA process.

The fact that the total time, not including the 9 month delay post FDA submission, is taking longer than average, is unacceptable.

It is apparent that JT put all his eggs in the "win" basket. Then again put all his eggs in the "appeal win" basket, with zero plan to develop the European market ASAP in the case of a loss. This is, you guessed it, completely unacceptable.
