You know this is truly insane if somehow this massive 2000 page study is circumvented. So we can be confident the ROD is happening. With the ROD you can expect the US dollar price (NAK) to rise from $1.40 to $3-$5 at least me thinks. And when a partner is revealed you can expect the price to shoot up to $15 U.S.
