If there is a deal to buy Titan it would be a material event and MUST be disclosed.

Nobody is gonna buy Titan because it’s a great company there are simply buying the technology...they have to pay a fair market value for that technology and MacNally is legally obligated to get the MOST money he can for it...

The technology they are licensing may be valuable to them but not necessarily a game changer. What I mean is it may be an important component within the system but not necessarily a selling point...
