Interesting. I knew Keith a little bit. Dirt floor on 2nd street? McSorley’s had saw dust all over the floor, but that’s on 7th street. There was “The World” in an old theater on 2nd between C and D? I don’t remember dirt floor but it was a crazy place. Definitely fun at the Pyramid, haha. My friends used to play there a lot including the firefighters Dennis Gordon and Steve Buscemi/Mark Boone Jr. as “Steve and Mark”. Steve’s wife was a dancer and her dance company called “Dance Noise” also played there. We probably ran into one another on occasion. Crazy and fun times

Might that be McSorelies (sp?) with the sawdust on the floor? Quite an environment (40+ years ago when I was there) with college buddies.
